Water based high temperature resistant paint made with water as diluent, compared with solvent based high temperature resistant paint is more environmental friendly , used in boilers, radiators, hot stoves, environmental protection equipment, automobile and motorcycle exhaust system, high temperature parts, etc., has excellent heat resistance and protection effect on the base material. Long term heat resistance 600℃, good heat resistance film.

Suitable for 600℃ and below steel surface, high temperature film intact. Paint film color retention is good, not easy to change color. Common paint will change color in high temperature, and high temperature paint has the characteristic that high temperature does not change color.

The coating has strong salt spray resistance and intact film.

The film does not bubble, rust, good corrosion resistance.

The film has good mechanical properties.

The impact strength, flexibility and hardness of the film meet the standards.

Construction guidance

· The surface treatment of water-based high-temperature resistant paint should be done well before painting, and the surface oil, rust, scale, old coating and so on should be removed by sandblasting, which can reach Sa2.5 level rust removal standard, or manual rust removal can reach St3 level, and the roughness can reach 30~70μm. The coating should be applied within 4 hours after finishing the surface treatment to avoid the base material rusting again.

· Add water for diluting, no adding other organic solvents.

· Surface treatment must be done before painting, and the surface of the base material must be cleaned to meet the standard .
