6.1 Coating solution for Prefabricated building

Waterborne epoxy zinc rich primer + waterborne epoxy iron intermediate paint + waterborne acrylic polyurethane topcoat

Construction guidance

The construction site should be well ventilated. If the construction is carried out in a relatively closed place, effective auxiliary facilities, such as industrial fans and fans, should be adopted to strengthen the air circulation in the construction site.

The ambient temperature shall not be less than 5℃, and the surface temperature of the substrate shall be more than 3℃ higher than the dew point temperature

The relative humidity should be less than 80%. If it is continuously cloudy and the relative humidity exceeds 80%, it is recommended to stop construction or use auxiliary ventilation equipment to enhance air circulation and ensure normal dryness.

Do not work outdoors in rain, snow or dew. If the component has been constructed and the paint film is not dry, the method of tarpaulin shielding should be adopted to protect the paint film, or the component will be moved to indoor for protection.

6.2 Coating solution for Light steel structure

① Waterborne alkyd primer + waterborne alkyd finish

② water-based acrylic primer + water-based acrylic topcoat

Primer: quick drying, excellent water resistance, low smell, good construction, excellent rust resistance and other characteristics;

Finish coat: it has excellent light and color protection, excellent weather resistance, good paint film decoration and low VOC content.
