8. Coating Solution For Waterborne Acrylic Road Paint/White, Yellow

Composition: modified water-based acrylic resin as the main film, supplemented by other enhanced resin, pigment, filler, additives and other components of paint liquid part, and with water-based curing agent refined.

· Good weather resistance and pollution resistance

· Excellent water resistance, weather resistance and friction resistance

· Quick drying at room temperature, fast film forming, excellent construction and high cost performance

· Paint film layer is integrated with each other, with excellent adhesion between layers. When repairing and painting on old paint film, it is not necessary to remove the firm old paint film, so it is easy to maintain

· High hardness of paint film

Application: the product is suitable to be coated on concrete floor, asphalt road surface and other road surface as marking and marking at normal temperature.

Color: conform to standard color plate and color range, paint film smooth.

Recommended number of coating lines: 1-2 lines of spray/roll coating, the first coat should be completely dry, remove oil and debris from the substrate.

Construction guidance

1. Surface treatment is necessary before construction, to achieve no oil, no rust mark no dust, construction requires a clean environment, and there are exhaust and air cleaning equipment and other facilities, to ensure the quality of construction.

2. Coating process: can be sprayed or brushed, line paint must be fully stirred before use.

3. The ambient temperature shall not be less than 5℃, and the surface temperature of the base material shall be higher than the dew point temperature and the relative humidity shall be less than 80%. If it is continuously cloudy and the relative humidity exceeds 80%, stop construction.
