How to construct waterborne paint for children under high temperature?
July to September is the season of the year with high average temperatures and abundant rainfall. Due to the inherent characteristics of children's waterborne paint, high temperature environment brings certain obstacles to the coating construction of children's waterborne paint, and a series of paint film defects such as pinhole, crack, edge shrinkage, flow hanging, adhesion and so on are easy to occur in the coating process. 1. When spraying, 1/3 or 1/4 of the next line should be pressed to avoid leakage. When spraying quick-drying paint, spray should be sprayed sequentially, the effect of spray is not ideal.
2. The distance between the nozzle and the surface of the object is usually 30-40 cm. Too close to droop easily; Too far away, uneven paint mist, easy pitting. The nozzle is far from the surface of the object, and the fog scattered along the way can cause waste. The distance should be adjusted according to coating type, viscosity and pressure. The spraying distance of slow drying paint can be slightly longer, and the spraying distance of quick drying paint can be closer. When the viscosity is high, it can be closer; When the viscosity is low, it can be further. At high pressure, the distance can be further, at low pressure, the distance can be closer; A little closer, a little further, is a small adjustment between 10 mm and 50 mm, if beyond this range, it is difficult to get the required film.
3. The spray gun can move up, down, left and right. Run at a speed of 10-12m/min evenly, and the nozzle should be aimed at the surface of the object to minimize inclined spray. When spraying at both ends of the surface of the object, the hand holding the trigger of the spray gun should be released quickly to reduce the paint mist, because the two ends of the surface of the object usually need to be sprayed more than twice, which is prone to flow.
4. Pay attention to the wind direction when spraying paint in the outdoor open area (not suitable for strong wind). The operator should stand in the downwind direction to prevent the paint mist from blowing to the prepared paint film, which will make the particle surface ugly.
5. Spraying sequence: difficult before easy, inside after outside. First high after low, first small area, after a large area. In this way, water spray will not splash on the paint film spraying, damage the paint film spraying.
