The National Hazardous Waste List (2021 Edition) will come into force on January 1, 2021. The National Catalogue of Hazardous Wastes issued by the former Ministry of Environmental Protection, the State Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Public Security (Order No. 39 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection) shall be annulled simultaneously.
