At present, in order to improve the efficiency of water-based industrial paint spraying, many workpiece adopts high pressure airless spraying, coating directly pressurized atomization, reduce floating fog, improve the efficiency of coating into coating. Strong spraying ability, thick film, can be sprayed with high viscosity paint. High pressure airless spraying equipment than ordinary airless spraying equipment thickness. Because of high pressure, occupational safety requirements are also higher. High pressure airless spraying is suitable for large area spraying, coating appearance requirements are general.
The rheological properties of waterborne industrial paint should be paid attention to when high pressure airless spraying is used. Continuous high shear stress of paint should be pumped. The mechanical resistance of paint raw materials is high and the paint is stable when pumped. The air mixing process is a combination of airless and airless spraying. The principles of fluid mechanics are directly applied to transport and atomization. The coating is separated from the nozzle and atomized again through compressed air. This method can spray high viscosity paint, atomization and dispersion fineness is very small, spray paint contour is not clear.
No matter what kind of spraying method is adopted, the shape and structure of the specific workpiece should be selected. This should be verified by actual spray application. Only coatings that meet the actual coating and efficiency requirements can be used in the factory.
Dip coating is a traditional coating method, its process is to immerse the workpiece in the paint solution, remove the remaining paint, dry after forming a film.
Dip coating process is simple, high production efficiency, coating process is easy to mechanization. The painting equipment is simple, suitable for the painting of the workpiece primer. Dip coating process requires simple workpiece shape. When the workpiece is removed from the front end, paint fluid does not remain and the remaining paint can flow down evenly. Accordingly, the wall concave and convex rise and fall larger workpiece, if have the workpiece of deep groove, blind hole and so on, and float in paint liquid medium workpiece, it is inappropriate. Dip coating is a selective coating. Easy to peel paint and easy to precipitate paint materials are not suitable for immersion coating.
The viscosity and temperature of waterborne industrial paint are the main factors affecting the quality of shadow impregnation paint. Viscosity affects not only the thickness of the coating, but also the speed at which the waterborne coating flows down from the coating surface. The lower the viscosity of waterborne coatings, the faster the downstream velocity, which is conducive to the removal of residual coatings. If the adhesion is too small, the paint film is too thin; If the adhesion is too large, the film thickness is not uniform. The temperature of the paint directly affects the viscosity, so it can be used to adjust the viscosity of the paint to meet the desired requirements. However, it should be noted that the paint liquid temperature is high and the solvent volatilizes quickly. The temperature of immersion solution should be 20-30℃, followed by the uniformity of waterborne paint. In order to make the film have good hiding power, usually use water-based coating with high hiding power.
The hanging and transportation of the workpiece is also related to the quality of the coating. In order to make the coating of waterborne industrial paint uniform, the hanging position of the workpiece should be a large surface position on the workpiece close to the vertical plane, other surfaces inclined to the horizontal plane. Prevent bubbles when the workpiece enters the groove. During the process of removing residual paint and drying, the position of the workpiece is that of continuous coating.
