1. Diploma or higher from a secondary vocational school
2. At least 2 years of factory experience with strong hands-on skills;
3. Excellent communication and learning abilities, along with a collaborative spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
4. Production Role Requirements:
(1) Operate according to the Standard Operating Instructions
(2) Complete production-related tasks based on the production schedule (e.g., ingredient preparation, dispersion grinding, filling, etc.)
(3) Ensure the cleanliness of production equipment and work areas
(4) Conduct self-inspections and maintain quality control at your workstation
(5) Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure timely delivery of production batches
(6) Accurately record production data as required
