Usage

To ensure good results, it is recommended to use in the following ways:

1. Preparation before coating

* Coating preparation: About 400 mesh filter, filter can be reserved.

* Base material cleaning: In addition to oil rust removal, the surface of coarse sand blasting, sand blasting Sa2.5 level or above, with the particle size of 46 purpose emery (white corundum) sand blasting effect is the best.

* Coating tools: clean and dry, can not be stained with water or other substances, otherwise it will affect the coating effect or even scrap.

 

2. Coating method

* Brush: evenly apply the soft and hard brush once

* Spraying: general spraying, it is recommended to spray again

* Roller coating: uniform roller coating can be coated once

 

3. Coating tool processing and coating processing

* Coating tools: clean with anhydrous ethanol, clean with clean water, compressed air dry storage can be

* Coating treatment: dry surface after coating, bake at 280℃ for 30 minutes, cooling can complete coating curing
