1. composition: line paint is mainly composed of acrylic resin, glycerin toughening agent, reflective materials and other substances. It is mainly used for painting road signs. Component one is paint, component two is reflective powder.

2. characteristics: line paint film is smooth, natural dry. The paint has strong reflective effect, good adhesion and good mechanical and physical properties.

4. construction requirements:

4.1 it’s to be coated with the surface treatment, before construction ，surface has no oil, no rust mark no dust, construction need a clean environment, and exhaust and air cleaning equipment and other facilities, to ensure the quality of construction.

4.2 . Coating process: can be sprayed or brushed.

4.3 Line paint must be fully stirred before use, and can be adjusted to the construction viscosity with special thinner.

4. 4 When construction, brush the paint and sprinkle reflective powder evenly on the surface of the paint
