1、 Composition: the route paint is mainly composed of acrylic resin, glycerol toughening agent, reflective materials, etc. It is mainly used for the coating of road signs. Component 1 is paint and component 2 is reflective powder.
2、 Features: the paint film of the route paint is flat, smooth and naturally dry. The paint has strong reflective effect, good adhesion and good mechanical and physical properties.

The drying time is 17 minutes without sticking the tire
It is dry for 24h, and the reflectance is obvious when exposed to light
4、 Construction requirements:
1. Before construction, the surface of the coated object shall be treated to ensure no oil stain, rust mark and dust. During construction, the environment shall be clean and equipped with ventilation and air dust washing equipment to ensure the construction quality.
2. Coating process: it can be sprayed or brushed.
3. The route paint must be fully stirred before use, and can be adjusted to the construction viscosity with special diluent for construction.
4. During construction, paint materials shall be painted first, and reflective powder shall be evenly sprayed on the surface of paint materials
